Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Syght is a product of UNEXPECTED404, LLC (“UNEXPECTED404,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Syght website, applications, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service; minors should only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service beyond our documented APIs;
- circumvent security or access controls, or probe or test the vulnerability of the Service;
- upload malware, or reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the Service;
- use the Service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, or harass our team or users.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the maps, documents, flows, schemas, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You’re responsible for what you publish — including anything you choose to make public, such as marketplace listings — and you represent that you have the rights to do so.
4. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the Syght and UNEXPECTED404 marks, is owned by or licensed to UNEXPECTED404 and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Feedback you send us may be used without restriction or obligation.
5. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites and services. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNEXPECTED404 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for service interruptions or data loss.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold UNEXPECTED404 harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve it informally for 30 days. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Minnesota. You and UNEXPECTED404 waive the right to participate in a class action.
9. Changes & termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
